‘Ignition’ was a day of Live/Digital art, performances, screenings with a live v.j set by Paul Mumford of ‘Visualnaut” in the evening. There were also scheduled talks and debate concerning Live/Digital art in the South West.
The platform exhibited work that combined performance and digital art. Work that is a hybrid, redefines the relationship between artist and audience, is interactive, celebratory, condemning, reflective or original in its negotiation of the relationship between technology and humanity, performance and digital art either as a thematic or in its method.
